Cacao meditation is playful, creative, and full of stories.
We begin by tuning in with a breath, preparing ourselves to receive the first sip of cacao and to listen inwardly. How often do we find such moments amidst the rush of everyday life?
The meditation will guide you gently, while soft melodies help you relax and drift into deeper calm. Followed by a movement meditation, cacao will invite you to explore the questions: What do I need right now? What are my visions for the coming period, and what will support me in them?
Sometimes the answers are not grand; often they are the little things that shift our perspective on the day, on life itself.
Finally, we will ground ourselves with a gentle sound bath, entering the present moment with ease, perspective, and creative inspiration.
